Booking conditions
The full price of your stay is charged when you book, securely via Stripe.
You can choose between two rates:
- Refundable rate: full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival; 50% of the accommodation plus the full cleaning fee if you cancel between 30 and 7 days before; no refund within the final 7 days. Each deadline falls at 16:00 on the day in question. If you later change your dates, any refund window you have already lost stays locked (for example: if check-in is tomorrow with no refund left, and you move the stay two months out, the booking remains non-refundable).
- Non-refundable rate: 10% off the price of your stay, with no refund at any time.
Date changes: during a non-refundable locked period, changing dates requires approval from the hosts. If the hosts choose not to grant the date change, they have the right to decline.
Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 11:00.
No deposit is required in advance. However, in the event of damages, the client is obliged to report them, and the repair or replacement will be at their expense.
The property is for exclusive use by non-smokers.
The client is responsible for keeping the house in good condition and for any damage, breakage, or loss caused to the property by themselves or their companions.
The client shall be responsible for paying any taxes or fees imposed by the Generalitat of Catalonia or the Tax Agency, as applicable at any given time.
